Kitsune-Den Network
Effective April 23, 2026
This policy covers kitsuneden.net and the Kitsune-Den family of sites, including kitsunecommand.kitsuneden.net and ironkitsune.tech. Standalone Kitsune-Den projects with their own privacy policies (Iron Nine Metal, Foster Pal, The Human Pattern Lab) are governed by the policies on those sites.
Kitsune-Den is a personal project run by Ada (AdaInTheLab). There is no company, no ad network, no data reseller, no investors. Anything that runs on these sites runs on infrastructure we pay for ourselves.
We use Matomo, a privacy-respecting, open-source analytics platform, to understand how visitors use these sites. Matomo runs on our own infrastructure at analytics.kitsuneden.net. Your visit data is never sent to Google, Meta, or any third-party tracker.
What we collect:
What we don't collect:
Visitor logs are automatically deleted after 12 months. Aggregated reports (counts, charts, trends with no individual-level data) may be kept longer since they don't contain any identifying information.
Matomo uses a small first-party cookie to recognize returning visits within the same session, but no cookies are shared with third parties and none are used for advertising. If "Do Not Track" is on, no cookie is set.
You can opt out of analytics at any time by either:
Because we don't collect anything that identifies you personally, there's no per-person data we can look up or delete on request. The 12-month retention window handles deletion automatically.
Our sites link to third parties (GitHub, Ko-fi, Discord, and others). When you click through, those sites have their own privacy policies which we don't control.
If we materially change how we handle data on these sites, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Small clarifications and typo fixes happen without a version bump.
